This listing is for a private room (women-only) in my relaxing two-story home located within 10 minutes of Hobby Airport, 20-25 minutes of the Medical Center, and about 20-25 minutes from the UH main campus and TSU.

My home was just completed in March 2021 and is located in a new and quiet subdivision. The room (door has keys for your privacy) is furnished with a full-sized bed. My home has 2.5 bathrooms, and you would have your own bathroom.

Fiber Wi-Fi is paid for by me, but other utilities (water and electricity) will be split evenly. You will have access to the washer and dryer, a designated cupboard in the kitchen, and a designated shelf in the pantry. Kitchen, dining room, and living room are shared spaces. Large and spacious backyard as well with a small charcoal grill and large charcoal smoker.

** If you moved in the middle of the month for example, rent would be prorated for the rest of the month and full months rent would be due on the 1st of each month. **
