Loni's room

I’m only renting to females. 5 bedroom home with office, furnished home, and bedroom with driveway parking. The bed has two dresser drawers. The bedroom can be unfurnished if you like—backyard with patio furniture. Shared use of bathroom (you and other roommate) the Washer, Dryer, and refrigerator.

Currently, my mom, me 47 years old female, my 27-year-old son, and 22-year-old female roommate, with two cats (1 is a kitten) and one dog, all live together. There is cable in the living room and internet/wifi in the home. There are cabinets in the kitchen and hallway for your use.
