Zoe's room

Hi there hello! We have a up stairs room opening up in our 5bedroom 1.5 baths home in SE Portland for August 1st. Sadly this house is not wheelchair accessible. Rent is roughly $600 with average utilities being around $100… higher in the winter. $400 deposit. We are 4 cis women in our late 20s early 30s.

Overall it’s a pretty quiet household and we respect each other’s privacy, space and differing schedules. We keep the place tidy / 24 hr dish rule. The house is fully furnished. We do have storage room in the basement/outdoor shed. We have no allergy or diet restrictions. We have a washer and dryer in the basement. Dishwasher. Front porch. Fire pit (that will definitely not be using this summer). Garden. Walking distance to Trader Joe’s and Safeway. We arent a party house but are okay with alcohol and are 420 friendly (outside). We as a household are still very covid conscious despite the mask lift. We are all vaccinated and expect you to be as well. We are continuing to wear masks in public. We are taking things slow with having friends coming back over but are definitely open to yard and porch hangs.

We are looking for someone who : -pays bills on time -in a similar age range (25-35 ish) -employed (works outside of the home) -clean/tidy -a good communicator !!! -believes that COVID is not over! -supporter and uplifter of BIPOC’s / LGBTQIA voices. My program is entirely online so I mostly keep to studying while at home. Loves Poe. M - 26. she/her. works early and goes to bed early during week. spends most of the time outdoors camping/ at the river on weekends. L - new to the house in August. Has a 3 year old blue heeler mix. Poe - 8 year old miniature pincher chihuahua mix. 8 pounds of rage and angst. Can be barky and a bit bratty but will warm up to you. Especially if you give him broccoli or tomato’s. Mostly stays in his mom’s room if not begging for scraps in the kitchen
