Ashley's room

Located in prime location and close to everything you need my condo is right where Buckhead meets Midtown. You’re literally 5-10min away from all things food, entertainment and as well as Piedmont Park. This property is in a very quiet neighborhood and all of the neighbors respect one another. Plenty of parking on site. There’s a patio overlooking the courtyard.

Expectations:

1. Paying Rent - Rent is due no later than the 4th every month. Utilities will be split amongst us two.
2. Cleanliness*** is extremely important. We should both be cleaning common areas throughly atleast twice a week.
3. Noise - should be kept at a respectable level in order not to disturb one another/neighbors.
4. Company - we’re all adults so I have no problem with company coming over but I’m not looking for a roommate that has a boyfriend or girlfriend that will be spending the night more than twice a week.
5. Cat - I have a sweet cat that literally loves everyone she meets. You must be okay with my cat because she’s apart of the family.
6. Smoking - I have zero problem with 420 as long as it’s done on the patio and you clean up after yourself.

I am the only roommate in this property. I work 4 days out of the week so I’m looking for someone else who is gainfully employed (not remotely). In my spare time I like to exercise in Piedmont Park or bike along the Beltline. I like to cook and watch my docu-series when I’m home and cuddle with my sweet cat Nala.
