• Security deposit of one month’s rent due to secure spot. First month’s rent due on move-in.

• One-person occupancy per room

• Applicant must be non-smoker (cigarette)

• No dogs larger than 50 lbs (Fees: $300 non-refundable deposit, $20/monthly)

-Must be clean and tidy

• Gross income must be 2-3x monthly rent (to be verified)

• Must submit background check & credit reports (~$40 fee)

• At least 1-2 years of LL references (with leeway, just ask!)

• Renter’s insurance (~$10-15/month)

• 10-mile drive away from downtown Denver!

• Less than a mile away from a grocery store, 24-hour fitness, and many other places to eat/shop!
