Safe and secure high end neighborhood. 4000 Sq ft pool home. Maryjane bathroom, upstairs. Perfect for college students. May share room for extra charge. Upstairs includes loft area and second bedroom. If another student rents second room, you will share the bathroom but other bathrooms in the house are also available. We share the kitchen and two refrigerators.
