Rent is 750$ month flat rate. Free electric, garbage, water, internet. Rent options: month to month, 3 months, 6 months, or year long lease. If you you want to do month to month no stress, but 30 days notice is required so I can plan accordingly.

One time $100 cleaning fee.

$700 deposit for breaking the lease with no notice. Or major damages, these will not necessarily be a full $700. Im merely trying to survive here.

No last months rent, 1st month paid upfront. If you have a pet 100$ extra monthly per pet. No size requirements.

150$ extra monthly per additional if extra room is needed for office space and or storage. I’m happy to discuss details.

No smoking 🚭 in house. While this is a 🌱friendly it cannot be near the household property. I’m very asthmatic. I can discuss further.

1 room for rent, in a 3 bed 2 bath 1600 sq ft house on 5 acres. Shared bathroom, shared laundry room. There is a lot of room for vehicle parking.

The room is fully furnished right now. I provided a brand new bed, 24 inch Smart TV, small desk, lamp and dresser to the previous renter.

I can remove everything if needed. I would need notice if I have to move everything out. There is good closet space too.

Additionally, there are two communal living rooms with TV’s.

Currently it just myself and one roommate, we both are quiet, peaceful, respectful people and looking for a 3rd roommate to rent out the 3rd room in house. She has a super adorable, small and well behaved older dog.

We do casual house meetings if any issues arise, so communicating is constantly flowing and we are all happy, healthy, safe and vibing well together.

We are close to JBLM, 10-15 min away from Yelm, 20 to Graham. Hour away from South Seattle and a little less than an hour to Olympia(traffic depending).

Not a party house, nor a strict house; come and go as you please and bring over whomever you want when you want (however no longer than 72hrs at a time).

You are also liable for any damage or theft your guests do, bring people you trust.

There is a security system for the house. I want the house safe and something you look forward to coming to after a long day at work. It is armed at night and disarmed so people can leave for work.
You will have your own key for both the door and the security panel.

**An ideal roommate would be similar to myself and other roommate. Both good people, who work hard and enjoy peaceful relax time at home after a hard day at work. Neither of us have drama nor start drama, and are very easy to get along with. And we are looking for a roommate who looking for low key, nice connection, independent, and probably who loves nature. I am a woman who works a lot. I work from home so I am home a lot. However, I have a busy life so you will see me, but I really try to stay out peoples hair. My roommate is a professional who is going to school for better career. She has a busy life as well, and you probably see less of her.

I have 2 dogs; one medium sized and one large dog. They are with me at all times; Velcro dogs :)

The laundry room is by the kitchen so you can do laundry 24/7 without worry of waking anyone. The house was built in 1998 so fairly new, but not brand new. A big back patio cover to relax and enjoy fresh air on nice days, with a hot tub. I also have 4 cute boy goats who are in a fenced area way in the back yard. I reserved space in the fridge and freezer space for you, as well as some kitchen cupboards space for your dishes etc…

Please tell me a little bit about yourself and your life situation. And additionally so we can work out a time for you to come see the room, meet both myself and my roommate. Room is about 13ft x 12ft roughly, with 2 big windows.

House itself is a rambler, 3 bedrooms 2 baths in a sprawling 5 acres fitted with security system. With 2 living areas, there is space to create an open style office, pricing negotiable. Outdoor heated and covered porch with sitting area, soon to be extended with a hot tub.

Dog run available, pricing negotiable. Washer and dryer available on site for use. Kitchen is fully stocked with hardware, no need to bring your own.

A housecleaner comes on a biweekly basis for common areas, requests can be put in to include your room as well.

I pay for the housecleaning in the communal areas, no charge.

I am a 45 y/o female. Former Army. Grew up all over the US, Canada and overseas. Im a quiet professional who enjoys nature, gardening and hiking. I enjoy the quietness of the country. I have two Belgium Malinois.
