-The room is about 13’x10’ first floor, hard wood floors.
-You would have your own bathroom with shower just down the hall.
-I have a home gym for weights and cardio
-Extra storage in unfinished basement.
-I don’t really use the living room that much so you’d have that to yourself as well.
