Large bedroom with spacious step in closet, can be available furnished or unfurnished. WI-FI Hi speed internet. Private bedroom; fully equipped kitchen. No cigarette smoke in the house, 420 friendly in designated areas Washer & Dryer on site - included on (lower level). Decorated with live plants, unique pieces of art, and has amazing light with lots of skylights. I have two chefs that works with me that cooks for everyone. So expect some amazing food here and there.

Established, fun, successful and entrepreneurial, buddhist gay male. I travel often for business and likes to have a sanctuary when I am home in San Francisco. I like to sail, workout, yoga, design, hike, and usually goes out of town for the weekends. Other Roommate T is an engineer, chill, relaxed, and easy to get along. He likes sports and likes to work out.

My ideal roommate has a full time job/business outside of the house, clean, respectful, fun, responsible, easy to get along with, has their own life, and has a healthy, clean, neat, have no problem paying rent on time and has an active lifestyle. This is for one person. I am not into having frequent or regular overnight guests.

There is a cleaning person on a regular schedule.
