Pine Avenue

There are two rooms, one is currently an office but I’ll be taking the computer and stuff out so it’s all yours and has heating and a closet, across the hall is a the other bedroom. I do have two cats and there’s a cat tree by the bathroom so they might visit you in there, feel free to close the door on them. The bathroom in the main area would be yours and the roommate across the halls and is the guest bathroom. There’s an island in the kitchen and the washer and dryer are in their own laundry room that we’d share. I have a tv in the living room that’s free for anyone to use, I don’t pay for cable but there’s internet and it’s a smart TV. Feel free to use it whenever, the apartment does have quiet hours from 10pm-8am though.

Right now it’s only my current roommate Rachael and I. The unit is a 3 bedroom but the third bedroom we use as an office space. Rachael is planning on moving in with her boyfriend when the lease is up and I’d like to stay here. I have two cats, a tabby named Jpeg and an orange kitten named Pixel. I attend Everett Community College, although I’m taking the summer off. I use the office to do my schoolwork but will be taking everything out so the bedroom will be free. The unit doesn’t have AC but I’ve found that leaving the porch screen open and the living room windows open creates good airflow throughout the apartment.
