The room is all yours and has heating and a closet, across the hall is a spare bedroom that is used as an office space. If you need to print or copy anything or write something up or use the office space for a carpeted work out area or whatever, feel free! I do have two cats and there’s a cat tree in the office so they might visit you in there. The bathroom in the main area would be yours and also is the guest bathroom. There’s an island in the kitchen and the washer and dryer are in their own laundry room that we’d share. I have a tv in the living room that’s free for anyone to use, I don’t pay for cable but there’s internet and it’s a smart TV.

Right now it’s only my current roommate Rachael and I. The unit is a 3 bedroom but the third bedroom we use as an office space. Rachael is planning on moving in with her boyfriend when the lease is up and I’d like to stay here. I have two cats, a tabby named Jpeg and an orange kitten named Pixel. I attend Everett Community College, although I’m taking the summer off. I use the office to do my schoolwork but can use headphones or close the door if anything is too loud, since the office is across the hall from where your room would be. The unit doesn’t have AC but I’ve found that leaving the porch screen open and the office windows open creates good airflow throughout the apartment.
