This townhouse is in Five Points very close to RiNo, Uptown, and LoDo. We have air conditioning via window units and central heat, so it is always comfortable inside. There are three spacious bedrooms, always available street parking. There is also a small basement for storing bikes, snowboards, etc.

The neighbors are all very warm and friendly and you are in close walking distance to anything you could need (groceries, bars, gyms, etc.)

If you have a dog that gets along with other dogs, they are more than welcome! Also the house is 420 friendly, just no smoking inside :)

It is currently myself, my dog Copper, and my roommate Austin, but Austin is moving out and I’m looking to bring somebody else in.

I am a 31 year old sales professional in software. My hobbies include: biking, rollerblading w/ my dog, boxing woodworking, drinking beer, snowboarding, yoga, hiking, and the list goes on.

Copper just turned 3. He’s very sweet and goofy and loves all people, despite his tough sounding bark. He is very playful with other dogs. He is on the more high energy side but has calmed down a lot in the last two years. He’s good with almost all dogs but might have too much energy for older/less playful dogs.
