About the Basement: I am looking to rent the basement. The basement is finished. It has 2 bedrooms, private full bath, and private living room.

The laundry is down there, so I would need access once a week to do my laundry, other than that this is your own space.

About the House: 5 bedroom, 3 bath, 3 story house. Has 2 car garage, back yard (with pet door) and sunroom. House has been recently painted inside and out, new carpet, and hardwood floors refinished.

We will share the main floor kitchen, bath, backyard, and garage. The house gets plenty of sunshine and has a very nice open floor plan.

Rent is 1200. I am a bit flexible on the rent if I found the perfect person.

1 small dog (no more than 15 lbs)welcome (pending successful dog meet). There will be a pet deposit required.

I am a 30 something female, looking for 1 or 2 roommates, (preferably one) to rent the basement in my 5 bedroom house. I have 1 French Bulldog who is very chill and gets along well with other dogs.

I am a relaxed and outgoing person, who is looking for someone with a similar demeanor. Ideally finding a roommate that travels for work or will keep to themselves.
