Community is quiet and gated. Rent is $850 utilities included. One time deposit of $300 . Not too far from buckhead , Alpharetta , midtown , downtown etc . Grocery stores , shopping centers , malls, restaurants, etc are also very close to me with Publix and a full shopping center right across the street . Im sorry but this is not a pet friendly unit 😞 . I’m looking for someone VERY responsible with rent/on time, easy going , laid back , and nice . I don’t do drama or mean people lol 😝. My parents are moving back to Los Angeles, California to obtain work. I cannot move back to California with them due to schooling, work, and personal preference of location. I am quiet, dependable, and neat, but also very easy-going and very sweet. Im very laid back and am drama free.
