Hello! Up for rent room in nice recently renovated Townhouse with new paint and new flooring on the border of Sterling/Herndon. The common areas are all furnished. Anyone who takes a looks at the place usually gives it compliments on how nice the place is.

$1250 : Furnished walkout basement with full bath and 2 room. 1 huge Bedroom (144 sqft) and other smaller. own living room. no kitchen, shared with the level upstairs

Some facts about the place:

• off street parking, 1 parking spot
• Townhouse is on the more peaceful side, everyone has busy schedules and no parties are thrown at the house.
• Amenities: shared luxury appliances such as front-loading washer, dryer, new high-end dishwasher, superfast Verizon Fios (Gigabit speeds!) internet. separate fridge.

Leasing terms are for a full year. Security deposit is also required, it is the same as the first month’s rent.

Type of house-mate the house is looking for:

• Fun and active house mate, up to 2 person
• Must be employed with a stable income. Financially responsible, a credit and criminal background check are required before move-in. The background check is part of the application process and will cost $20/ person paid by the renter.
• Reasonable cleanliness. One who keeps up after themself, and will help keep the house clean, and will do their part in keeping up with the cleaning schedule (and won’t ignore it).
• Someone who is respectful, and won’t bring drama into the house.
• No smokers, and no drug users. Someone mature.
