Looking for responsible, friendly roommate to share this home. Prefer a female student or working person. The other residents are in their 20s. Rent includes utilities and WIFI with access to entire home. Two rooms available with a shared bathroom. Rooms are unfurnished. The home is 2500 sf and has 4 bedrooms, an office area, and a great room. There is ample parking on the driveway or curb.

There are currently two female roommates age 24 and 28. We are easy going and quiet.
