Sean's room

Property is located in Oldaham County. It’s a house with 3 bedrooms. Bath and a half. Room for rent has its own toilet and sink no shower/tub. There’s room for parking and some storage. It sits on 11 acres, wooded and fields. It’s a 10 minute drive to I-71 and Gene Snyder.

I’m 52 years old and divorced. I have two boys that stay with me on weekends. They are both under 10. I don’t drink, or smoke…anything. I get up early and go to the gym, work all day and go hike 5 miles. I have a great dog that’s awesome. I’m not really home that much. Even on weekends. I take my boys camping a lot. So it’s very peaceful here and want to keep I that way. I’m friendly and kind, but I know how to mind my own business and I understand and respect privacy.
