This house was recently remodeled. 2 rooms available now are $700 & $750 with walk-in closet, ceiling fan. The $750 room is slightly bigger and has better front view. There is a flat utility fee of $50 per month (water, sewage, electricity, gas, and internet). Security deposit $750, no last month. Please commit for at least 6 months.
The household consists of an owner and 2 tenants, so we’d like to have someone who is quiet, clean, NO SMOKING, have NO PETS.
