The Marshall: The Marshall is a colligate apartment/dorm building; it is preferred to be attending school at The U of M or local colleges. This building is full of awesome welcoming people.. including the office people and in-house maintenance. There is a volley ball court in the courtyard, a pool, workout facility, tanning beds, computer lab, secure package delivery, private study rooms and a hangout lounge with tons of space for gathering or just getting out of the apartment. About the Apartment: The apartment/townhouse has 3 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and is two floors (the third and fourth floor aka the top floors of building C). The room that is for sublease has its own private bathroom, tempurpedic mattress, elevated bed frame, two-two drawer dressers, a desk and a chair. The other luxuries of this townhouse are in-unit laundry, granite countertops, and a furnished living room. This bedroom also faces the street (which is beneficial because you won’t have any body from above you able to see in or face the courtyard/parking area). As of right now I am reclaiming my parking spot for this lease, however, I will have to get in touch with management upon interest. The Area: There are tons and tons of restaurant super close by and connected to the building. On the southeast side of the building you’ll find a mini Target Express. I get my grocery shopping done in 15min leaving the apt door to walking back in. It’s super convenient. Super close to 35W and I-94. The approximate location is 2 blocks north on SE 14th Ave and University Ave. This place is right in the center of the college life in MPLS and is among the better areas in MPLS.

I went to MCTC for a Spanish Linguistics and Education degree but paused on it because well you were alive for COVID and online wasn’t clicking with me at the time. I am moving out to simply save money and i’m not someone who feels the most secure in a city. One roommate of us three will be there this coming term. I’m happy to get you in touch with her. She’s very laid back, loving, and welcoming. As for the other roommate she is to be determined. I am gay a man living here currently but they were comfortable with that. so there may be a slight exclusion for that.
