Southeast Huron Boulevard

The room is located on a community student housing property near UFM and TCF bank stadium. The apartment has 4 units where one is occupied by 1 roommate. All bills included. The rental period is only going to be for a month (July 10 - Aug 10). The room contains a bed, mattress, study table, and a dresser. You will share one bath with 1 other roommate.

There is currently 3 roommates occupying the other 3 rooms. 1 is rarely there and they are all super nice. We spent time smoking hukkah, watch soccer games or UFC fights. We do lot of cookouts and play soccer and tennis on Fridays.
