Whitley Avenue

I am looking for someone responsible, clean and easy going and positive. I’m pretty laid back and quiet. I’m in the guitar program at MI so between school and work I won’t be at the apartment much. I paid for the apartment beginning 12/2 so it is available now, however, I will not be moving out officially until the last week of December so I am looking for someone who is interested in moving in around the end of December/ early January. Timing is flexible since we are pre-paid, and any rent for December would be prorated. Below are the details of the apartment. Redwood Urban Apartments 1820 Whitley Ave Los Angeles CA 90028. The apartment is on the top floor, corner unit so no neighbors on either side in a very quiet part of the building and it also has extra high ceilings. Rent would be $975 including internet, cable, trash, pool, hot tub, weight room, security, renters insurance and onsite laundry. It also has a fireplace and AC. We will spilt the gas and electric. Security deposit is $1,250, which is half of the $2,500 deposit that I paid. This would be returned upon move out/lease expiration, minus and wear/tear or damages if any.
