Hope all is well in your world. Yes, the room is still available. :)

I have a 13’X11’ room with a private full bath, Wifi, and Amazon prime in the house. The house is 2000 sq ft and sits on the curved edge of a horseshoe street with plenty of space for parking out front and extra storage in the garage. There is also a good view of parking from the window of your room.

I have two well-behaved toddler boys 1-3 days out of the week, so the potential renter should be more than okay with children. Usually, they are at their mom’s or at preschool.

I’m a male. I’m a pretty busy person but I also like to socialize when I’m not working. I work a lot. You could say I’m somewhere in the middle of the introvert/extrovert spectrum. I work as a network systems administrator and own a managed IT services business on the side and am also a published series fiction author. I’m well-mannered and respect the space of others, so someone who is clean, professional, and takes their career seriously will be the best fit. All ethnicities are very welcome.
