Nicely painted room with decent sized closet. Bathroom in hallway shared with the house. The cleaning can be switched between whoever moves in and myself. We don’t typically share meals but if I cook something yummy I’ll probably offer you some! Space in fridge, freezer, and cabinet for you to use as well as use the appliances and dishes all you want as long as you clean them up after. We aren’t expecting extreme clean but let’s all try to make it nice for each other. Washer and dryer available, use your own products though. Garage is for smoking so if you partake in cannabis and are 21+ you are welcome to smoke in there. As well as cigarettes outside or in garage. Never in the house, please and thank you!

There’s a 2 year old in the house!

I myself have no guests due to immunity issues and covid. My father is fully vaccinated. He occasionally has 1 or 2 guests here and there who are COVID responsible as well. A guest every once In a while is fine to have over as long as they are honestly covid responsible and/or vaccinated.

It’s just myself, my 2 year old, and my 53 year old father here generally all the time. Laid back and trying to live peacefully. Our schedules are kind of mixed so no worries if you’re an early bird or a night owl. We mind our business and keep to ourselves, but are friendly 🙂 always open to discuss issues before they become problems!
