About the room
House has Master bedroom and private bath available for rent. Available now. Large room, walk in closet, private bath with private entrance to back patio.
Share the living area, have kitchen cabinets to yourself, outdoor patio area, garage storage area. Rent is $850/month 850/deposit and 1/2 utilities(water, electric). We have no cable TV at the present time, if you want it you will have to sign up for it on your own.
OR I will do $975 a month all included. 1/2 water is $25 on average and 1/2 electric is $75 if we conserve on the air.
House backs to golf course. May exchange some $ for doing the yard, mowing and trimming.
About the roomies
