1 bedroom(15’x13’)/full bathroom available for rent through Arbors at Fair Lakes apartment complex: http://www.arborsatfairlakes.com/. Room is on the ground floor, the “Arbor” model on the site. We’d split rent and the electric bill, and my company pays for my internet so I’ve got that covered.

Pets are allowed with a one time fee to the complex, and I’m fine with most pets as long as it doesn’t shed a ton.

I work as a software engineer, so I mostly play games and watch sci-fi, and I’m generally clean and quiet.

Move in date is as soon as possible. If you want to move in this month, rent can be whatever fraction is left of the month.
