It’s a one room basement with a living room area. Bathroom is upstairs just around the corner from the stairs. Area is safe and quite tucked sway from the main road. Parking is available on either the street, drive way or even garage.
About the roomies
Pets are welcomed and I hope you are okay with them too. I have 1 dog and 2 cats. All sweet and calm. They won’t bother you downstairs. I don’t mind sharing Kitchen as long as its not left messy.
