Centrally located. Close enough to beaches and not an expensive uber ride to downtown. Quiet neighborhood. Has a big backyard. Neighbors are friendly. Von’s a block away and there is a garage. I’m a 36yr male professional who is also a Reservist. I have two small dogs that are very friendly. Weekends I spend with my dogs and working out.I have a 4 x 10+ hour work week. Seeking a someone who is financially responsible, a professional, and clean. Must be dog friendly and if you have a small dog…that a plus. Im low key and like to go outdoors on the weekends. Overnight guests are ok occasionally but no bumming boyfriends/girlfriends/family…etc, etc.
