I am currently living in a 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom condo on Reservoir Dr between Alvarado & Montezuma (1/2 mile away from Campus). There are 2 house mates total at this time with full time jobs and we are looking to fill one of the rooms ASAP. Rent would be $1000, all inclusive. All inclusive entails rent, water & trash, electric, internet & satellite tv throughout the home. There is also parking for one in the dual driveway and access to the garage for storage. We also have washer & dryer steps away from all of our rooms. The room for rent has it’s own private patio, sliding closets and satellite hook ups. You will share the bathroom with one roommate, as the other has their own private bath. Full access to the rest of the house (minus roommates rooms of course), dogs are welcome with a pet interview too. Please message me with further questions or for a walk through.
