Hi! Interested in sharing our space? I am a single mama of one 8yr old boy. You’d have your choice of a bedroom or an open spaced basement. In the basement you’d have a half bath. The upstairs full bathroom could easily be all yours as I’d simply have my son share mine. We’re low key and out of the house often. You’d have garage parking and all utilities included. Would love to have a roomie we could be friends with and share meals and great wine. Our spot is located 1.5 miles from Gainesville’s city center. If you have any additional questions please ask!
