This is a quite, stylish as luxurious resort, with its 6 salt water pools, kid park, dog park, hiking trails, basket ball court, market, business center, massive green laws, volley ball court, and Fire pit areas. The area is centrally located. Near the 5 and 405 freeway, airport. As well as famous beach’s such as Newport Beach, Huntington Beach, and Laguna Beach. You will need to fill out an application at the front leasing office if I decided to go forward. Its $45.00 application for a 13 month lease. No month to month sorry. They will require at least $3,750.00 a month take home. The rent is $1,265.00 with 150-200 in utilities. I’m looking for some who also loves dogs because i do need help on occasion to walk “bear” I’m definitely willing to lower the bills if I get a lot of help with my puppy.

I’m 4I years old I work in the interior remodeling construction business. I work a lot. I come home to meal prep, and take care of large 85lb my lab/chow puppy. If you cant handle a dog then this is not the place for you. I’m laid back and very easy going but i cant handle guests staying to long or during the week during work week.. I’m just not looking to have a ragger at my house every night. Let talk and see if we click. I’m, looking to rent this . The room is not currently furnished but the entire rest of the house is with a fully loaded kitchen.
