Super cute townhouse only half a mile from Western Carolina University! There is a porch out front and an open floor plan for the living room and kitchen. The room available is at bottom level at the end of the town house. The bathroom will be primarily yours to use, but shower is shared and washer and dryer unit is in the bathroom as well. You will be responsible for paying your half of the utilities, but trash and lawn service is provided by the landlord. The living space is partially furnished while the room available is not furnished. It is very quiet and calm in the neighborhood with parking right next to the house!
