Cummins Street

Looking for a roommate to occupy my downstairs bedroom. Great location in the Greenway plaza area near the galleria. Open garden style apartments with a pool right in front of the apartment. The complex requires a code to get in and is generally quiet. I have lived here for 3 years and it’s a really awesome place to live the apartment is very spacious (2400 sq ft) and the area is unbeatable to be so close to so many restaurants, shopping centers, The Highland Village/Galleria Area. Right across the street from Costco and walking distance from many restaurants in the shopping center just next to us (Buffalo Wild Wings,Smoothie King,Salata,Panda Express, Chipotle, Which wich,etc.) as well as Edwards Greenway Movie Theater. The room available is private and has a separate hallway to yourself with a private bathroom just a few feet from the bedroom. All bills included- light, cable, internet, gas.The apartment has two floors, so you will be given your separate space. Shared spaces include the kitchen, dining room, living room, and downstairs patio. When I am home I spend the majority of my time upstairs and I don’t cook a lot in the kitchen area. I also don’t watch TV downstairs that often because I have my own. There is a flat screen TV in the living room that you are more than welcome to use and it has Direct TV All access. As far as dishes and pots or whatever kitchenware, feel free to use your own but I don’t mind dishes being borrowed at all as long as they are cleaned and returned back to the cabinet. That also goes for the microwave, mini oven, or whatever kitchen type tools. I originally moved into the apartment with my mother however she is currently working and living in California so she may stop by to visit occasionally, but it is just me living in the apartment. My previous roommate has been here for over a year so I know it is a great place to live and I know that living with a roommate here can go very smoothly.
