About the room
The flat is right on Polk Street at the border of Russian Hill and Nob Hill. The area has tons of gyms, restaurants, bars, shops, and the place itself is located directly on top of a cheese shop. We chose it because of it’s spaciousness, natural light (tons of windows!), in unit washer dryer and dishwasher, and 1.5 baths. There is an open dining room as well as a living room.
About the roomies
Hi! We’re looking for a 3rd roommate in their mid-late 20’s, early 30’s for a cute flat we found in Nob Hill/Russian Hill. We’re both grad students and are looking forward to exploring the city, trying all the restaurants, and hanging out. We would love to be friends with our roommate 🙂 Rent is 1333+ utilities.
