Chester's room

There is a queen bed with 4“ mattress topper super comfy bed and mini fridge in the room with own bathroom. If needed i can provide a 32 inch tv. The bathroom is in the hallway next to the room but it’s not shared it would be all yours. I have a once monthly housekeeper who will vacuum your room and deep clean your bathroom, above ground pool. Access to all common areas, kitchen and living room etc. all utilities included. Room also has its own air conditioning unit so you can control temperature to your liking.

I’m a very hard working single mom to a sweet 8 yr old who is with dad Monday to Thursday. I mostly work from home and occasionally have a guest over. I’m really easy going and just want a responsible safe roommate.
