1000 square foot 3-bedroom house. I’m looking for 1 housemate for one 90 square feet (9ftx10ft) furnished room with a bed and bookcases. There is room for gardening, and almost an acre of land, could be great for chickens and goats, for the person who has the energy to do that responsibly. Dishwasher, washer/dryer included, garbage disposal also. There is a wood stove and almost a cord of wood, there is also gas heat, and the house stays pretty warm in the winter and cool in the summer. The rent for the room is $700 and that included all utilities including WiFi (high speed and pretty reliable), electricity, gas, water, sewer and garbage. I also highly encourage sharing food in the house, and we could buy staples and other groceries together, this would help save room in the fridge and cabinets.

I’m looking for a friendly and engaging roommate who has at least 5-7 hours per week to spend in the house socializing, cooking together, doing yoga together, playing music and talking about feelings. I love to do yoga. I’m a 39-year old female cis-gender teacher. Open and affirming of queer folk and becoming an ally to people of color. I use medical cannabis often, but I’m quiet and non-disruptive when I use it. I’m friendly and responsible, clean and conscientious. I enjoy talking about feelings and I love to get outside, although my arthritic knees prevent me from doing anything too strenuous. I love to play board games, sit in my hammock and enjoy nature. I know a lot about plants and trees and animals. I love to sing, and would love to sing with others more often, especially harmonies. I can also play guitar, ukelele, although I’m just a 3-chord strummer. I also know some piano. I have setup karaoke in the house now, so that is an option for fun at gatherings.

She also does some medical cannabis. She is 26 years old and has a sassy cat named Tina. Loves to forage, loves mushrooms, loves to garden. Likes documentaries.
