Shared apt wit just me and my cat separate bathrooms split kitchen WiFi included available now no smoking the room is small but fit desk queen bed tv have closet also own bathroom outside of room shared kitchen just clean up after your mess apt doesn’t have ac unit must bring your own fan if u want to plug ac in u must pay for Edison bill mines my regular part im showing apt Tuesday and Thursday please lmk when u can come so we can meet and I can show u room

Been here six years never had any problems neighbors are friendly includes Utilities trash gas and Wi-Fi this apt has no ac if u wish to plug one in u must pay the bill for it
