On-site parking, snow clearing, and washer/dryer included in the rent. Central heating/air conditioning, quiet area, 2 professional roommates live in a huge house. Smoking is prohibited. First month and secure deposit, utilities - about $100 per month.

Large room for rent in a townhome in Ashland, MA. The townhome has and 2 floors with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. There is on-site parking, snow removal, and a washer and dryer. The townhome is located in a quiet neighborhood with friendly neighbors. There are currently 2 tenants (20-year-old male and 29-year-old male), 1 in a downstairs bedroom and 1 in an upstairs bedroom. We are looking for 1 more tenant for a vacant bedroom upstairs. The upstairs bedrooms share a full bathroom.

We are looking for a friendly, respectful, and clean individual. No pets or smoking allowed. One of the tenants does have a cat. The tenants are responsible for the electric and gas bill. The water bill is split between the tenants and the landlord every quarter (every 3 months). The rent is $900 and we require 1st month’s rent, and security deposit.
