Furnished room in the gated “Bella Vista” condominium community. The unit is a 2bd/2ba, 1310sqft, located on the 2nd floor (3 floors) w/elevator access, on the interior overlooking the courtyard and pool. Bella Vista is a very quiet and secure community with a full compliment of amenities and located minutes away from the 101, Westworld, hiking, dining and entertainment.

The space available includes 1 private bedroom & 1 private bathroom. (The 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms are on opposite sides of the unit separated by the living area.) You will have full access to the kitchen, balcony, laundry, office, and living room. All utilities (internet, electric, HOA) are included in the in the monthly rental.

The bedroom is approximately 12x15, fully furnished with night stands, dresser, queen bed w/linens and pillows, closet space, TV, remote controlled ceiling fan, and sliding glass window that opens to balcony.

The bathroom is has a single basin sink, toilet, shower, and closet with 2 sets of towels. (Bathroom is exclusive to renter & personal guests.)

An office area is adjacent the kitchen and is set up with a desk & monitor, office chair, lounge chair, TV, and dresser. This can be used for work at home or personal space for relaxing.

The kitchen is fully furnished with all cook and table ware, coffee & tea pots, blender, airfry toaster oven, refrigerator, stove and other amenities. Typical kitchen rules will apply for cleaning, trash take out, personal and common food. (I typically don’t cook much.)

The living area is furnished with a large couch and chair, and 65“ TV. The living area looks out into the courtyard and exits to the balcony.

A full size washer and dryer is located in the unit adjacent the guest bedroom/bathroom.

Bella Vista offers 3 layers of security to enter into the home. The first is a coded security gate to enter the grounds, second is a building code, and third is door code. Parking is in front of the building with quick building access.

Bella Vista community amenities include 4 swimming pools, 4 hot tubs, gas grills, fitness facility, small putting green, walking paths, clubhouse, elevators, and secure access to the condominium building via keypad.

The complex is directly across the street from Thunderbird Park which offers lighted tennis courts, baseball fields, soccer fields, full basketball court, and a sand volleyball court.

I am a 30 year old male professional who loves the outdoors, hanging out with family and I am laid back & easy going. I love dogs, but unfortunately no pets. My work schedule is 4/10’s Thur - Sun, starting early morning returning early evening. If you’re a work from home person you will have plenty of quiet time during the day and I usually end the day around 8PM.
