This cozy home is located near all the conveniences of shopping and restaurants on 28th Street. One mile from the shops and restaurants of Alger Heights neighborhood. Meijer is 1/2 mile up the street. There is a great, private outdoor space in the back to sit and read, relax, and just chill out. Mulick park is nearby, there is a bike trail, and a golf course a quarter of a mile from the house. Ken-O-Sha trail is 1.25 miles for lovely 2+ mile hikes, bikes, and runs.

It is just me (almost 50) but very young at heart, and my 19 year old daughter who is off to college in September. I will be gone 2-3 weeks at a time throughout the year (probably every other month) to go visit my son in Colorado. We have one small older dog and two very sweet cats, so must love pets. Would love someone to care for them while I am gone. Neat and clean, but not neat freaks. We are quiet, kind, and easy going. If being a night owl is important, no problem unless your are a noisy one :) (sleep is very important to me) I’m a mom and a nurturer, but will stay out of your hair. You can have as much privacy and quiet as you would like, a backdoor entrance if wanted, and you will have your own bedroom room, plus even an office space or private television area in the basement if you would like… or you could sleep in the basement and use the main floor bedroom for an office/television room. I work from home, but usually work in my office in my bedroom, outside, or on the couch, or kitchen table. We are 420 friendly outside, but are absolutely non-smokers (tobacco).
