My name’s Kenny and I’m 23 years old that just graduated from UC San Diego. I’ll be going back to school in Santa Ana and would like to cut down costs as much as possible. Aside from my late-night dancing hobby, I’m a chill roommate that prefers to keep the room clean. The other two roommates are dance instructors as well so we’d prefer someone who wouldn’t mind our dancing lifestyles. There’s also a cat - his name is Smokey.

Rent does not include utilities or internet. Gas stove and washer/dryer in unit. You’ll also have access to the pool and there’s decent street parking.
