Seven Oaks Drive

Room for rent in new build townhouse with shared bathroom. Located in a calm gated community, that is just over a mile from access to the Florida’s Turnpike, and has a pool. Room is 12x10 with good size closet. There is a washer and dryer in unit near the rooms and house has private parking. All utilities are included minus cable, but do have a Playstation Vue account that may be utilized. Kitchen is also open for use with all appliances. I am 27, the owner of the home, and my roommate is 26. We are looking for a third roommate for the third bedroom. We both work full-time, so mainly home late evenings and on the weekends occasionally. We are both gay males, very laid back and down to earth and would like to room with like minded individuals.
