Hello, I am looking to rent out room(s) on my third floor. As mentioned, the room for rent is on the third floor of the house. The third floor has a loft, two bedrooms and a shared bathroom. Both rooms are available for rent separately. Each room will be rented out for 1,500 with all bills included. The loft is 15’ 11“ x 12’ 3“. Room 1 is 11’ 5“ x 10’ 8“. Room 2 is 11’ 8“ x 10’ 8“. The house has a side yard and car charging for electric vehicles. I am sensitive to smoke, so no smoking will be allowed on the property. The property is in a great area, near a shopping mall, many restaurants, and grocery stores.

Hello, I live in the property with my husband. We live in a three tier house and are looking to rent our third floor. We have three cats and a corgi puppy, so renters must be OK with pets. We are looking for long term renters (6, 9, 12 month leases).
