Gaithersburg/Rockville single-person bedroom for rent in a newly built, beautiful, clean, quiet town house! About where you will live. The room is yours and overlooks a field so you actually have a nice view. The house has two floors with a total area of 2600+. The first floor contains the kitchen, dining room, living room and study. Everyone who rents here is not allowed to live on the first floor. There are 3 bedrooms on the second floor. There is a bathroom that you will share with one other roommate and there is a maid service to clean it! They will also clean your room if you want.

The house is sunny, North-south facing, brightly lit; in beautiful and quiet surroundings. There are deer, ducks, and foxes that run through the neighborhood! It has an indoor washing machine, dryer, two new refrigerators and all the normal electrical appliances. You have access to free parking spaces, tennis courts, swimming pools and other facilities in the community. I also have regular professional cleaning. The company will clean once every two to three weeks. There are Whole Foods, Giant Food, PetSmart, animal hospitals, various restaurants, the post office, banks, gas stations, convenience stores, the Rio Town Center, Costco, Sam’s, Harris Teeter (open 24 hours), CVS (open 24 hours) around the house(2-10 mins). Also,there are Trader Joe’s, the 99 ranch Chinese Supermarket, H-Mart Korean Supermarket, Lake Forest Mall, the New York Chinese Supermarket, Rockville or Germantown’s GreatWall Chinese Supermarket are close to the house(10-15 mins). Lastly, in 20 minutes, you can get to Clarksburg Premium Outlets.

The three major busses nearby are the 56, 74 and 76 buses. They go directly to the DC Metro. The house is a 3 minute drive to I-270. This means you’re only needing 12 minutes to get to the Shady Grove Station Metro (subway) station. AstraZeneca’s main building is a short walk from the house. A little longer walk or a 3 minute drive gets you to the NIST. The house is in the middle of: Hughes, Medimmune, the FDA, NCI Shady Grove campus, JHU, UMUC, UMPC Shady Grove campus, Montgomery College, and a bunch of other places. I didn’t intend to find a perfect location for living in the area, it just happened that way.

I am a student. I am looking for a tenant who is clean and friendly, and can rent a room longer than six months. The rent fee is 950 per month. This includes public utilities, wifi, and a professional cleaning service. Some furnishings are provided. In addition, there are cats and a dog in the house, please make sure you are not allergic to cats and dogs. No smoking, no party, no drugs
