This is an upstairs unit in a duplex home. You’ll have the biggest room in the unit and your own bathroom. This property is located in West Oakland - 8.5 miles to FiDi (SF) and 8 min walk to BART station. Washer/Dryer in unit, AC, Dishwasher, Hardwood Floors, Free Street Parking, BBQ Grill, Deck + Backyard space! This is family owned and I’m responsible for the master lease. The property is managed so I would be able to take care of issues quickly.

I’ll be your roommate. I’m 26 years old and work in Sales at a tech company (wfh). I’m not extremely extroverted but I’m not introverted either so we can definitely talk, socialize and do what roommates do! Happy to share more once we connect.

Warning: My cleaning standards are higher than the usual roommate so if you procrastinate on cleaning + paying bills, and being considerate of other roommates… this is not for you!
