Open concept home in Jasmine Heights community near Fry and West Little York.

In the house you will have your private room with shared bathroom, access to common areas, and all utilities are included. All rooms got keyed locks. Parking is in the driveway and in front of the house.

House is kept clean I expect you to clean as well, so we keep a sparkling clean home.

I am an easy going person that likes to keep everything clean and on its place. I work full time and I attend university. I am looking for a clean, and respectful roommate that be time and noise level conscious.

No visits, no drinking, no smoking, and no animals are allowed.
