Apartment is a sweet little hidden complex right on the backbone of Thousand Oaks on Hillcrest drive and centrally located near everything you need, freeway onramps around the corner, all the necessity stores right below on Thousand Oaks boulevard. The area is nice and quiet with lots of families living here. Has a little dog park, dog washing station, plenty of parking, and laundry rooms a dozen feet from the front door. A small remodeled pool and gym room in the middle of the complex along with post office parcel lockers to keep package deliveries safe.

Your room is a private, unfurnished room (and bathroom) with a size of 12’.5“ x 9’.5“ with a 6’.8“ x 2’.2 closet .

You will have your own private and spacious bathroom that is one step out from the bedroom door. Rooms have a built in heating unit but no air-conditioning, only a/c unit is in the living room, but portable a/c units for the bedroom has worked incredibly well for me in the Summer.

I’m suggesting that Utilities be split down the middle 50/50 and those include Internet/wifi, electricity, water, sewage, trash and is approximately more or less about $90 each when split between us.

Besides you, I will be the only one occupying my 2bd/2bth apartment with you. I’m a 32 year old Ventura County native and a very independent and respectful guy who loves pets and have a female 1yr old cat myself. like the outdoors/solitude just the same. Often hunkered down in my room working on College classes or gaming with my buddies online after work so I rarely use the living room or balcony.
