I am seeking a male roommate. The townhouse is in a very nice area. This is a beautiful and clean complex with a diverse population. I have lived here for over 20 years. It is within easy access to the many expressways in Oak Brook and surrounding locations. My home has: 2 bedrooms, 1 & 1/2 baths, library, living & dining rooms, kitchen, laundry, central air, basic cable and wifi. You will have assigned off street parking. There is a basement where I have the laundry and my studio. There is also a small space for some storage. I have a lovely fenced in back yard.. The room does have furniture, a bed, dresser & night stand. If you have your own furniture we can remove existing. You will have full access to the rest of the house.

I am a Caucasian woman of normal build and general good health. I am 69 years young and like to keep active. I go out to see live blues frequently. My life at home is reasonably quiet. You will find me to be friendly, personable and reliable. I am upbeat and would hope to be a friend. I am a vegetarian but I don’t mind what others eat. I really do have a great sense of humor and am easy to get along with. I am looking for someone I can trust with my home & my cat. Someone that will help keep the place reasonably clean and leave the place secure when they go out. I need you to feel comfortable living here. Oh, and living without high drama.
