Kalmia Avenue

I live in a sweet 2 bedroom condo in North Boulder. It has the biggest residential pool in Boulder as well as a hot tub and sauna. The hot tub and sauna are open all year! There are walking and bike paths right outside our front door as well as a dog park right around the corner included in our complex. There is a storage unit right around the corner as well that is included with this place. The deck is the biggest one in the complex. It has a great view of the flat irons. I lived in the apartment behind it for six months and then signed onto this year lease. Love this complex.

The location is great. Bike trails are right out the door we have a dog park that comes with our complex a short walk away. There is also a storage unit for us as well.

Pearl Street is about a six minute drive. And a 15 minute bike ride.

I am super laid back and love all things outdoors! Snowboarding is one of my favorite things. I am 24 and I nanny for work as well as help out churches with music. I sing and play guitar. I am from Indiana originally but moved to Colorado five years ago. Boulder is rad. I love all things fun. I am usually skateboarding, mountain biking, hitting up a happy hour, swimming. Anything fun, I’m there. I think communication is very important and I am a very open and laid-back person. I have four younger siblings so I know how to be a team player. I love cleaning, but am not a big fan of cooking but I am working on it. Haha.
