Joshua's room

This is a twin house that sits on a quiet street. The house has central AC, a backyard and off-street parking, stack washer and dryer. Tenant will have full use of all facilities. Located 10-15 minutes from Bryn Mawr College and Villanova and even closer to Harcum and Haverford College. 5 minute walk from multiple shopping centers, 15 minute walk to train station, grocery stores and numerous gyms.Plenty of entertainment, bars, and restaurants near by.

The room and the rest of the house is furnished. The second bedroom already rented.

I am renting what is currently my bedroom because I am leaving to travel the world with my girlfriend. The second bedroom is occupied by a Villanova graduate student. He’s a quiet guy and keeps to himself most of the time and is generally busy with school work.
