Beautifully furnished private living room and bedroom . Shared kitchen and front door entrance . We live in a very quiet neighborhood by the bay . I have posted pics of the downstairs area including kitchen and front entrance which are the two shared spaces just to get an idea of our home. Washer and dryer included . My husband and I are in our 50’s. He works at night and we have another tenant who is 28 who occupies one of the rooms downstairs in our home . She will be a part of the meet and greet process as well for potential roomies! We love to travel so at times you’ll have the entire house to yourself ! We have 2 cats and 2 dogs … a Great Dane who is a big mush and a Maltese. Must love animals ! If you don’t like dogs this is not the house for you ! Our house is very clean and nice . Cleaning lady comes twice a week , and can clean your room as well for an additional charge
